Winemaking: Organically (uncertified) grown grapes were hand harvested and underwent a 210 day maceration period in stainless steel. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: A natural orange wine with a full body and intense tea-like aromas of dried white flowers, dried stone fruit and citrus peel. Complex, aromatic and full of life. Best served with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Alberto & Claudia Carretti make natural wines that have gained quite a following amongst enthusiasts. They focus on ancient techniques of extended skin contact to produce some of the most complex and unique bottles around.
