Winemaking: Organic Muscat grapes were harvested by hand. Skin macerated and fermentation with wild yeast. Aged in old barrels. Unfiltered and minimal use of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine with a medium to full body. This is a unique cuvée from Andreas Tscheppe that is only made in perfect vintages. Wild flowers, green herbs, citrus peel, dried apricot. Layer upon layer of complexity that will unfurl if you take your time.

Notes on the Winemaker: Andreas Tscheppe and his wife produce highly sought after wines in the Austrian region of Styria close to the border with Slovenia. The vines are certified organic and wildlife is encouraged. The labels of each cuvée represent different creatures you can find in the vineyards. The wines are precise but full of energy and character.
