Winemaking: A field blend of organic grapes was harvested by hand. Three weeks skin contact and fermentation in fibreglass tanks. Aged in stainless steel. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A 'Brand' new wine! (see what we did there?). The first vintage for this field blend that effectively becomes the skin contact version of Wilder Satz. A fun and fruity orange wine at a great price. A new gateway for future natural wine lovers. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Daniel and Jonas Brand hail from Pfalz where they took over their family winery in 2014 to concentrate on fully natural wines which are unique, alive and bursting with personality. We visited in 2018 to explore the vineyards and learn the stories that accompany the wines.
