This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body. Aromatic on the nose with subtle fresh fruit and a savoury underbelly. Some earthy, almost tomato-like notes.
Notes on the Winemaker: Jean-Baptiste Menigoz is a natural winemaker in the village of Arbois. He works alongside Florien Kleine Snuverink, farming 7 hectares of vines spread across the Arbois and Côtes du Jura appellations. Like many winemakers, the simple mission is to make wines they enjoy drinking.
