Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Sylvaner grapes were harvested by hand. Macerated on the skins for 5 weeks. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine with a medium body. This is refined and complex with mineral, stone fruit, citrus and spicy notes. Bohn wines always have a wonderful intensity and this is no different. Best served with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: The Bohn family has been making wine in the Alsatian commune of Reichsfeld for over 300 years. Now father and son duo, Bernard and Arthur run the winery and find a balance between innovative and traditional approaches to winemaking. The vines are certified organic with biodynamic practices employed.
