Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine:  A magnum of natural red wine with dark fruit flavours. Classe is an ever evolving cuvée where Jeff has changes the combination of grape varieties depending on the vintage. Ful bodied but fresh. Best with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Jean Françoise Coutelou is a godfather of the natural wine movement in Europe. His vineyards have been certified organic since 1987 and he even had a nursery dedicated to growing rare and indigenous grape varieties. His Classe cuvée was one of the first natural wines we ever had back around 2013 and we haven't stopped loving his wines ever since.
