This Wine: Natural wine that sits somewhere on the spectrum between white and orange. Light in alcohol and really refreshing. A great balance of mineral and savoury notes alongside citrus and spice. Great value skin contact wine!
Notes on the Winemaker: Trish Nelson hails from Australia and travelled the world before falling in love with natural wine. Her passion led her to work with some of Italy's biggest names before settling near one of her inspirations, Le Coste, on the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio. The volcanic soils along with the temperate microclimate make this a wonderful place for viticulture, something that can be experienced when you taste the Gazzetta wines.
