Winemaking: Organic Monastrell and Garnacha grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Canned with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: High quality natural wine in can! This is a light, still red that works really well chilled. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Can Vi is a natural-wine-in-can project from Cristina Vaque, partner of Catalan winemaker Jordi Llorens. She uses his wine made from earlier harvests in order to produce a fresher and lighter style more suitable for easy drinking. Everything is made without filtration, fining or added sulphur. The can revolution might just be here!
