Winemaking: Organic Barbera grapes were hand harvested and underwent spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in cement tanks. The wine was bottled before fermentation was completed which created fizz inside the bottle (ancestral winemaking technique, pet nat). No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural sparkling red wine, similar in style to a Lambrusco. Medium bodied with deep, dark fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a mineral finish. Works well as an aperitif or with food.
