Winemaking: Organic Barbera grapes were harvested by hand. Short time on the skins and fermented with indigenous yeast. Must from the grapes was then used to kickstart a second fermentation and the wine was bottled at that moment. No filtration or fining. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural sparkling rosé wine made in the Lambrusco style. Super fresh acidity with fizzy red berry fruit. The perfect choice for hanging out with friends over a casual meal.
