Winemaking: Organic grapes were fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks with a few days maceration. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur.

This Wine: Another bargain from the masters of great value natural wine. This is a medium. to full bodied red wine which gets a lick of freshness from the addition of some white Cortese juice. Dark fruit, earthiness and spice with a savoury finish. Great with or without food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Valli Unite has been an organic co-operative in Piedmonte since 1981. The winery is powered with solar energy and the team take a holistic approach to farming and winemaking. In our opinion, they produce the best value natural wines out there.
