Winemaking: Organic Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested by hand before a short maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body. Bright acidity, fresh fruit flavours and a wild edge make this a perfect wine to drink in the warmer months, straight from the fridge. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Clos Kixhaya is the dynamic duo of Beatriz and Etienne who met in Spain before heading to the Loire valley to follow their dream of making natural wine. They produce a whole host of different expressions and styles of Cabernet Franc proving that they are versatile winemakers.
