This Wine: A natural red wine perfect for the warmer months. Low in alcohol and high in drinkability. Fresh red berries with a touch of spice and lovely acidity. Serve from the fridge.
Notes on the Winemaker: Agnès & René Mosse established the domaine in 1999 and now the 17 hectares of vines are tended to by their sons Sylvestre and Joseph. The family produces some of the best Chenin Blancs around thanks to their meticulous biodynamic work in the vineyards and hands-off approach in the cellar.
