Winemaking: Organic grapes harvested by hand. 12 day maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeast before being pressed into tank for 12 months. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body. Fresh fruit and delicate spice. Easy going but full of character at the same time. A bottle that works chilled too. Great value.

Notes on the Winemaker: Jerome Jouret farms 12 hectares of vines to the west of the Rhône river in Ardèche. This relatively large amount of vines allows him to produce excellent value wines that are clean and precise but not lacking in energy.
