Winemaking: Organic white grapes were hand harvested crushed before a period of maceration. Fermented in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine at a bargain price! Citrus fruit dominates alongside delicate herbal notes and dried flowers. Easy drinking with fresh acidity. Unbeatable value.

Notes on the Winemaker: Yves & Vincent Moulin farm 8 hectares of land (not just wine) in the Languedoc where they use horses for ploughing the land that underwent organic conversion 15 years ago. They make honest wines without any additions.
