Winemaking:  Biodynamic Chardonnay and Bacchus grapes were harvested by hand. The Chardonnay was pressed directly whilst the Bacchus was macerated for 10 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. 10 months in a combination of barrels and fibreglass. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: English natural wine that sits somewhere on the white to orange spectrum. Saline and mineral driven with bright acidity. Less than 2000 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker:  Lucie and Jules grow grapes in Kent using organic and biodynamic farming practices (with certification to follow soon). Daniel and Nicola at Offbeat purchase many of these grapes to make their own wine with and Dan has spoken to us enthusiastically about the quality of fruit produced.
