Winemaking: Biodynamic Chardonnay grapes grown on clay soils near Nolay were harvested by hand. Fermentation with wild yeast in a combination of steel and oak barrels (some new).  No filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine:  Biodynamic white Burgundy with some nice age. Quite a classic expression with the inclusion of vanilla and spicy notes from the barrel. Only 2500 bottles produced.
