Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes were sourced from Beaujolais. Pressed in whole bunches and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural white wine made in the topped up, ouille style (not oxidative). Floral with citrus fruits, this is an easy drinking style but still with that signature Ganevat finesse.
