Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees in old barrels for nearly 2 years. Bottled with no filtration fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine made from vines that are over 80 years old. We haven't tried our bottle yet but you can expect a round and rich wine with body and texture.

Notes on the Winemaker: Christian Boulanger & Mathieu Allante both worked with the esteemed Domaine Labet before embarking on their own project. They now farm just over 3 hectares of vines around the villages of Gizia and Rotalier. They have a deep respect for nature and take a holistic view to their roles as winemakers and to life in general. The wines are highly sought after and we only receive tiny quantities.
