Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes were harvested by hand. No fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur added at bottling.

This Wine: Natural white Burgundy full of precision and balance. Round but fresh with citrus, white peach and subtle floral notes. Great with fish.

Notes on the Winemaker: Domaine de la Cadette was established in the late 80s and just after the turn of the Millennium, it achieved organic certification. La Soeur Cadette is the side project of the domaine which combines organic grapes from nearby growers with those from its own vines.
