Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and underwent direct press into stainless steel tanks. Aged for 24 months on the lees in old barrels. Bottled with no filtration or fining. A touch of sulphur at the press only.

This Wine: Natural white wine, rich, deep and complex. The grapes come from a single 0.2 hectare plot with high limestone content. Made in a non-oxidative style, it's full of complexity and works best alongside food. A full-bodied white for the cooler months.

Notes on the Winemaker:  Domaine Overnoy is run by Guillame Overnoy who took over the reins from his father Jean-Louis. He farms vines in Obagna, Clos Jervigny and Cesancey. His great uncle is the legendary Jura winemaker Pierre Overnoy.
