Winemaking: Organic Chenin Blanc grapes were hand harvested and underwent direct press before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.  

This Wine: A new Chenin cuvée from Philippe, this is an easy drinking style that doesn't necessarily require a food pairing. A classy table wine with a citrus, orchard fruit and mineral profile. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Philippe Delmee is situated in Anjou where he works with the famous varieties of the region, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc as well as some Grolleau and Pineau D'Aunis. He manages to find a balance between making more serious wines alongside gluggable, bistro style bottles.
