Winemaking: Organic red grapes were hand harvested and fermented in concrete with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light and juicy character. All about fresh fruit, both red and dark with subtle herbal notes. A bargain of a wine that is also great chilled.

Notes on the Winemaker: Lori Haon is a talented young natural winemaker in the village of Valliguières, not far from Avignon, who acquired his first vineyard in 2015. He is creating wines with a really fresh character which is not aways easy in the heat of this region and they always offer superb value.
