Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Cortese grapes from 20 year old vines were crushed and spent 3 days on the skins. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with some skin contact that provides extra colour, texture and complexity. Hands down, the best value natural wine out there in our opinion! Feels like it should cost a lot more. It's easy going but with some really nice complexity of stone fruits, minerals and herbs. The perfect, everyday table wine. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Valli Unite has been an organic co-operative in Piedmonte since 1981. The winery is powered with solar energy and the team take a holistic approach to farming and winemaking. In our opinion, they produce the best value natural wines out there.
