Winemaking: Organic red and white grapes were harvested by hand and and underwent direct press. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in old oak barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A litre of juicy, light red wine (or dark rosé). So much character in this bottle with juicy, red fruit and aromatic, tropical fruit combining with fresh acidity and dark minerals. It's fun but still offers complexity and also has some structure. Drink it chilled and share with your friends. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Andi Mann is a young winemaker in the German region of Rheinhessen where he id dedicated to producing natural wines that transmit a strong sense of place. He comes from a family with a long history of viticulture which looks set to continue,
