Winemaking: Organic Feteasca Regala grapes was harvested by hand. Stomped by foot and macerated for a few hours before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged for 8 months in old barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural white wine with a textured body thanks to a short period of skin contact. Ripe peach, honey and floral aromas create another unique wine from this exciting producer. Only 1,200 bottles produced

Notes on the Winemaker: Edgar Brutler produces natural wine in the Cristana region of Transylvania, Romania. He works with both international and indigenous grape varieties in his old cellar and honours the traditions of his family that have made wine in this part of Europe since they immigrated from Germany in the mid19th Century.
