Winemaking: Organic Folle Blanche grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural white wine, light in body and alcohol. Made from the local variety Folle Blanche that brings fresh acidity, this lean and easy-drinking wine is the perfect aperitif. Green apples, citrus and minerals

Notes on the Winemaker: Marion Pescheux & Manuel Landron make natural wine in their home region of Muscadet in the Loire valley. The focus is on farming organic indigenous grape varieties whilst respecting the land. Manuel is the son of Muscadet pioneer Jo Landron but left the family wine to forge his own path.
