Winemaking: Organic Gamay grapes were harvested by hand. 70% de-stemmed and 30% whole bunch maceration for 4.5 months. All fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural, still red wine on the fuller side of the Beaujolais spectrum. Round and deep fruit with an earthy and mineral profile. This wine will aged very well. Best served with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Sébastien Morin assisted famous Jura winemaker Jean-Marc Brignot before settling with his own vines in Beaujolais in 2015. He farms just 1.5 hectares and creates amazing expressions of the Gamay grape that showcase depth and precision.
