Winemaking: Organic gamay grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast. Only the free run juice from the pressing was used for this cuvée. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural wine that sits somewhere on the dark rosé / light red spectrum. It's delicate but complex at the same time with precise, fresh fruit notes and a touch of smokey reduction running through. Small production. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Laurent Fell's vineyards sit 500m above sea level in the Cevennes mountains of Ardeche. The elevation helps bring a fresh character to the wines in what is a warm region. He doesn't use any sulphur on bottling yet his wines are clean and approachable,
