Winemaking: Organic Gamay grapes were harvested by hand. 15 day whole bunch maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in fibreglass. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Still wine despite the crown cap, this is a medium bodied red wine with great intensity. A nice balance of juicy and spicy notes with refreshing acidity. Vibrant and alive!

Notes on the Winemaker: Caroline Ledédenté settled in the Bugey region after working as a sommelier in Paris and studying winemaking in the Jura. She makes wine in very small quantities but they all showcase such great character and a real purity of fruit.
