Grape Variety: There seems to be some debate as to whether this is Pinot Noir or Gamay. And may or may not contaion some Chardonnay. Either way, it's delicious!

Winemaking: Organic grapes sourced from outside of Jura were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast with semi-carbonic maceration techniques. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Negoce wine from the Ganevats with some nice age on it. See above, we don't know the exact varieties but it's light and juicy with deep fruit and a hint of funk.
