Winemaking: Organic Garganega, Durella and Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. No filtration, fining and just a small amount of sulphur on bottling.
This Wine: Natural white wine with a fresh and clean profile. Easy drinking but also showing some pleasant, ripe fruit flavours. Great value bottle for a midweek meal.
Notes on the Winemaker: Daniele Piccinin makes natural wine in Veneto with local grape varieties such as Garganega and the rare Durella (Rabbiosa). No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard and intervention in the cellar is minimal.
