Winemaking: Organic Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes were harvested by hand and spent 1 night on the skins before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in tank before being bottled with original must to re-start the fermentation process inside the bottle. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Orangey sparkling wine made in the Italian ancestral method. This is a classy and complex fizz that showcases delicate mineral notes alongside lime, lemon and subtle spicy notes . Great as an aperitif or a light food dish. Cinciallegra is the Italian name for the Blue Tit bird.
Notes on the Winemaker: Silvia Tezza is a young winemaker in Veneto who studied agricultural science before becoming a winemaker in the hills of Valleta di Mazzane near Verona. She avoids adding anything in the winemaking process.
