Winemaking: Organic Garnacha Blanca grapes were harvested by hand and crushed before spending 1 month on the skins. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Bottled with zero fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Brilliantly intense orange wine that transported us straight to the wild and rugged terrain of Catalunya when we first tasted. A deep orange colour with white peach flavours with a strong dried herb and pine character. This would shine alongside a hearty Catalan dish.

Notes on the Winemaker: After working with 4Kilos in Mallorca, Òscar Navas returned to his Grandmother's region of Terra Alta in Catalunya to embark on his own natural winemaking journey. His first vintage was in 2017 when he produced a single wine from Garnacha Blanca. We are following his path closely and can't wait to see what is to come.
