Winemaking: Organic red grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in whole bunches with indigenous yeast. Bottled with zero fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: This is a collaboration between Oscar and his good friend and mentor Eloi of Sistema Vinari in Mallorca. Natural red wine with a light body. Bright, perfumed fruit balanced by bitter Mediterranean herbs. Made in tiny quantities.

Notes on the Winemaker: After working with 4Kilos in Mallorca, Òscar Navas returned to his Grandmother's region of Terra Alta in Catalunya to embark on his own natural winemaking journey. His first vintage was in 2017 when he produced a single wine from Garnacha Blanca. Now he is producing a range of cuvées reflect his respect for Catalan tradition whilst also showing his progressive nature.
