Winemaking: Organic Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris and Auxerrois grapes were harvested by hand and were macerated on the skins. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine with a great intensity of apricot, peach and mandarin fruit with honeysuckle aromas on the nose. Delicate spicy notes such as ginger add to the complexity. A great wine for the price. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Pépin is the side project of Domaine de l'Achillee in the village of Scherwiller. The focus is to create authentic natural wines with organic fruit from neighbouring growers.
