Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Still white wine with a touch of skin contact. Rich and round with notes of citrus, stone fruit and sea shells followed by a smokey and mineral finish. Perfect to serve with dishes of white meat, vegetables and cheese. 

Notes on the Winemaker: After meeting the famous Beaujolais producer Marcel Lapierre, Gérald Oustric realised it was time to stop selling grapes to the local co-cop in the Ardèche village of Valvignères and instead focus on making authentic wines with personality that reflect the natural environment of the vines.
