This Wine: Natural white wine from the south of France. Bursting with salty white peach, lemon, white grape, apple skin, honey suckle and elderflower. This transports us straight to the French seaside. Great with seafood but also works by itself. 6000 bottles produced
Notes on the Winemaker: Bruno Duchêne hails from the north of France but moved south just after the turn of the century in order to realise his winemaking dream. He farms old vines of indigenous grape varieties on steep, terraced slopes in the vicinity of the picturesque Mediterranean town of Banyuls-sur-Mer. You can feel the sea's influence as it brings freshness to his wines and balances out the ripe fruit that the sun in this part of France inevitably produces.
