Winemaking: Organic Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir grapes were harvested by hand from the winemaker's own vineyards. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in tank for 9 months. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural rosé made with a blend of red and white grapes. As with most of Ander's wines, you can expect the unexpected. Floral and fruity but savoury at the same time. An intriguing wine, for sure!

Notes on the Winemaker: Anders Frederick Steen & Anne Bruun Blauert hail from Denmark but settled in the Ardeche to focus on their winemaking dream in back in 2013. Since then they have become one of the most sought after names in the natural wine world. They produce wines that are honest and representative of this wild region. The pair don't look to recreate the same wine each vintage and instead adapt to whatever conditions a new year brings.
