Winemaking: Organic Grenache grapes were hand harvested and underwent whole bunch carbonic maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

Notes on the Winemaker: Brothers Thomas & Jean-Daniel Ozil are 5th generation winemakers who work 16 hectares of vines near Vallon Pont d'Arc in the Ardèche. They produce rustic wines made from local grape varieties at great prices whilst working organically and biodynamically in the vineyard.
