Winemaking: Organic Grenache Gris grapes were harvested by hand and underwent direct press. Fermented with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. Bottled with no fining, light filtration and no added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. This is pure and clean with a mineral focus alongside subtle citrus and floral notes. Great to share with friends or with a light meal. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Bota Nostra is the natural wine project of Raymond Manchon to lives near the village of Estagel, just outside Perpignan in Roussillon, southern France. He works out of his makeshift garage in his back garden where he produces just 2000 bottles a year. The wines are rustic but well made and display freshness you associate with the Pyrenees alongside that classic southern French ripeness.
