Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic Gruner Veltliner grapes were harvested by hand. Whole bunches were pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees. No filtration or fining and just a touch of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a hazy appearance in the glass. Green fruit flavours dominate with a touch of melon. Refreshing acidity with a savoury and saline finish. Fun and wild. 

Notes on the Winemaker:  Christina Netzl grew up on her parent's farm and was around winemaking from an early age. This was the most exciting element of her surroundings so she studied winemaking before beginning full time work in the vineyard in 2007. Six years later she was inspired to convert to organic farming and now produces wines with minimal intervention in the cellar.
