Winemaking: Organic Jacquere grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine:  Natural white wine with a medium body. This is light in alcohol but heavy on flavour with a complex combination of fresh and oxidative notes. A touch of spritz provides further intrigue and freshness to this playful but serious wine. Very long finish.

Notes on the Winemaker: Gilles and Christine Berlioz have been working organically in Savoie since the 90s around the area of Chignin. Biodynamic practises were later adopted as a way to produce finer and more precise wines that soon became iconic in France and further afield. The Domaine Partagé name reflects the collective spirit of the operation that has seen many faces come and lend a hand over the years.
