Winemaking: Organic Lambrusco grapes were harvested by hand. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Must from the grapes was then used to kickstart a second fermentation and the wine was bottled at that moment. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural sparkling red wine with body and texture. Some of those classic earthy notes you associated with red Lambrusco along with dark fruit and minerals. Dry and food ready.
