Vegan friendly wine
Winemaking: Organic Lambrusco Salamino grapes were harvested by hand. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Must from the grapes was then used to kickstart a second fermentation and the wine was bottled at that moment. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural sparkling rosé in the form of pink Lambrusco. Cloudy, hazy and full of flavour. Citrus, raspberry, blood orange and dried herbs transport us straight to Emilia! Great to share with friends before food.
Notes on the Winemaker: Roberto Maestri makes sparkling wines in the tradition of Emilia-Romagna. Simple but joyful and energetic, these wines made from local grape varieties work great as aperitifs or with food.
