Winemaking: Organic Muscat, Grenache Gris and Macabeo grapes were hand harvested and pressed directly before fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. 2019 and 2021 vintages were blended together. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: This is a full bodied white wine with power and structure but also offers balancing acidity. Flavours of white peach, lemon and subtle herbs combine to create a food-friendly wine. Best served with fish, chicken or vegetables.

Notes on the Winemaker: Jean Françoise Coutelou is a godfather of the natural wine movement in Europe. His vineyards have been certified organic since 1987 and he even had a nursery dedicated to growing rare and indigenous grape varieties. His Classe cuvée was one of the first natural wines we ever had back around 2013 and we haven't stopped loving his wines ever since.
