Winemaking: Organic Malbec grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged in concrete and old barrels. No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur added on bottling. 

This Wine: Natural red wine with a medium body. This is a great value Malbec that shows the gentler and more delicate side of the grape variety. Bright acidity with dark fruits and minerals. Works with or without food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Simon Busser produces natural wine in the Cahors region of South West France. The signature style of this part of France is big and bold but Simon produces more delicate and fresher wines with a focus on minerality.
