Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Malvasia, Garnaxta Blanca, Macabeo and Moscatel grapes were harvested by hand and crushed before a 2 week maceration on the skins. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Just before bottling, some Parellada juice was added to kick start a second fermentation. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Sparkling orange wine that is textured and aromatic. Full-throttle notes of tropical fruit skin and ripe apricot. Great with friends on a warm day.

Notes on the Winemaker: Ramon Jané is one half of the esteemed Cava house Mas Candí but this wine comes from his solo project that he started in 2019 which promises some of the best value natural wines of Europe.
