Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Malvasia and Listan Negro grapes were harvested by hand. Whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in old barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural wine made with red and white grapes on Lanzarote. Drinks like a light red with a wonderful combination of fresh fruit, flowers and the island's volcanic smokey aromas. Made in tiny quantities.

Notes on the Winemaker: We first became aware of Eloi around 2016 whilst he was working as a winemaker for 4Kilos in Mallorca. Despite the warm climate of the island, he was producing delicate but complex wines that brimmed with Balearic character. Later he moved into the cellar of Cati Ribot to focus on his own cuvées under the Sistema Vinari name. These wines offer even more personality and always find the perfect balance of wildness and precision.
