Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Melon grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Great value Muscadet with a mineral and savoury character. Great for everyday drinking and very suitable accompaniment to shellfish.

Notes on the Winemaker: Stephane and Vincent are the brothers behind Domaine des Cognettes in the Loire valley close to the city of Nantes. They produce honest and pretentious wines from their 28 hectares of vines that always offer amazing value for money.
